Tal came to help us with a dryer repair. He was easy to book with, quick to come out the following day, called us to give a heads up on his way over and diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. He is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will likely use his services for any appliance repairs we need!
Super friendly, responsive, and professional. In addition to efficiently diagnosing and repairing the issue with my refrigerator, he was also patient and happy to explain and answer all of my questions (including an extra one I had about my range), sharing a lot of valuable information on my appliances- something I really value as a homeowner. honest, great communication, fast and friendly service. i had to move my new washer into my tiny philly rowhome basement - the guys from qualtech got it moved and set up in under an hour. i can't recommend qualtech enough. they are trust worthy and will use them again if i ever run into another appliance issue.
