Carl Ward handled all of our wells for decades. I was sad when he retired but I was relieved that he had a replacement. I didn't expect the same level of expertise from someone new but I was pleasantly surprised. Joe is a gem. I had one well fail but still needed to locate it when Joe arrived. Instead of just leaving or complaining, he diagnosed what he could inside. He also worked on a couple other wells until I was ready. He did excellent work on all three wells, replacing a pressure tank, two pressure switches, and a cap. He clearly described different options and their costs.
