Wish there was 10 stars cuz that’s what they deserve. Great service, helped me out when my AC blew out. Gave multiple options, and did an amazing job. The owner himself came out to help and fix the issue. Can’t beat that!

Quality Refrigeration deserves 5 stars based on their customer service and service team. I've called several different appliance companies and I was redirected to another company stating they do not repair certain commercial appliances before I could even tell them what is actually wrong. Quality Refrigeration understood our needs, squeezed me into the schedule, and ensure I would be taken care of. The Technician Patrick was very knowledgable and experienced in his field. He took time to explain his findings and gave great suggestion on how to maintain each appliance. This survey is just an objective way to show they care and value the work they put in for their customers. Thank you QRS.

Amazing people and service, very happy with the result. I thought I was going to replace the whole unit, but Mike suggested on getting the show case looked at first and that was a great suggestion. Patrick came and was very helpful and professional plus he knew what he was talking about and got my show case fixed in less than an hour. I recommend this company.

Really happy with their work. I had someone else come out prior to contacting Quality and was recommended to replace the ENTIRE HVAC system for $8000. In reality Quality took a look and found that it was a faulty pressure switch, and repaired the entire think for $300. Super fast service too. The tech showed up on time the first visit, and went out of his way on the second visit.

Quality refrigeration is the best! They are very honest and excellent technicians. Howard and Patrick are superb. In the past, Howard serviced our AC and was terrific. This time Patrick came out and he was excellent. Patrick went above and beyond to assess the problem and solve it quickly. After coming out to discover a part was broken, he purchased the part that night and came back the next day to fix the air conditioner. He even called the manufacturer to make sure that our part was under warranty, saving us $300. Patrick was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient . I can’t say enough good things about Quality Refrigeration. I will only use them in the future.
