Kevin, our technician, was excellent. Very prompt and communicative. Didn’t make us feel like he was trying to upsale. Diagnosed the problem immediately and had a solution for us. Super impressed with Quality Comfort and will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Juan's professionalism in replacing our downstairs HVAC system. He arrived on time and did not stop until the installation was complete even though his company was having its annual Christmas luncheon. I appreciate his dedication and concern for the customer. I was also impressed with Christian. This young man was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we understood how to operate the new system before leaving our home.

The folks from QCS did a fantastic job! The installation team was prompt, courteous and professional. Installation took two days since it was both new ductwork and a new HVAC on a larger house. I’ve also used QCS for service calls and appreciated their thorough inspection and maintenance. I would highly recommend QCS.

Tammy did a great job and helped reschedule my appointment from 8am to 11am. Kaylum arrived on time. Serviced both units upstairs and outside. Cleaned the blower motor in the outside unit. He was fantastic - explained every detail in layman terms. We have used Quality Comfort for many many years and will continue to do so. Wonderful people to deal with.
