DO NOT GO HERE! FAKE REVIEWS! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I needed a written/printed out quote for my insurance and they Quoted me $350 to replace my glass on my galaxy s22 ultra and refused to give me the quote in writing. Seems expensive and sketchy. Went somewhere else and got it done way cheaper It wont let me reply to your comment so here is my response. I was requesting a LEGAL written/emailed quote for my insurance as per THEIR request. I will absolutely never come back and I stand by my 1 star. If only they let you give companies negative reviews. Incredibly rude and unprofessional company. I will be sure to let my friends know never to go here. In my opinion, you are trying to manipulate my wording so you dont have a written down statement and you cant do sketchy stuff like add extra fees or anything tracing back to the company. Sketchy company.

Went in there today needing my iPhone 14 screen repaired. The guy charged $220 for a screen repair, which was NOT worth it. I realized this evening that the Oled display my phone had was replaced with some cheap lcd display that costs maybe 5% of what he charged me for the repair. I still have my receipt so I plan to go back there and get my money back because this was such a rip off.

Went here today for a screen repair. The guy there changed the price to $115 when I was reluctant at his first quote of $130. We gave him the model and apparently we were off by an S at the end. I had looked it up online and gave him the model the company we bought it from called it. Anyways, he didn't end up having that models parts in house, but had already taken the phone apart. He wouldn't be able to fix it for 2 days & since it wasn't working we wanted to try the other place. He blamed me for giving him the wrong model #, but it was the only model # we had as the phone was not working. I asked for it back so we could check the other place and he wanted to charge us $30, but he hadn't told me beforehand that I would need to pay for him to look at it. He was very pushy, rude & to be honest kind of shady. We took the phone right over to Spinware and he was able to repair it in less than 15 mins for $85 & was very pleasant. I do not recommend Qik, go to Spinware. They are cheaper & more professional.
