Scott was AMAZING!!!! He was super thorough and explained everything with pictures, which is something that most techs/sales guys don't do. He pointed out some things about my roof that I didn't know about and why they are important as well. I bought from him same day because he was so good at helping my wife and I understand what was going on. Would recommend him to my neighbors 100%.

The process started when we identified a degraded "boot" on a plumbing vent on our roof. We called Pyramid Roofing. The roof was examined inside and out. An outside inspection (done with a drone) showed other issues. A good description of the cost of repairs or replacement was provided by David (the Pyramid Rep). Samples of the replacement material (shingles, drip edge, underlayment, water and ice shield, etc) were shown and explained. We chose to replace the roof. I needed my roof replaced before I could get new insurance coverage and Drew came out to give me an estimate, went into the attic and on the actual roof, providing pictures and video of all of the issues so that I could see for myself what needed to be done, where other companies just looked at the roof from the street or just from pictures. Pyramid office staff were polite, respectuful, and made sure I got on the schedule within a week! They started right before 8am and finished by noon! I recently had Drew from Pyramid Roofing come out to my home for a roofing consultation, and I was very impressed with the entire experience.
