Pyramid takes very good care of our Bend house. I called them for a svc appointment and got one for the same day in the afternoon. The technician, Jesse, was great and explained what would be reviewed and other details about svc appt. I highly recommend them, and their service plans are worth every cent.

We had Pyramid prepare a bid for us to replace our heat pump and air exchanger. They were at my property within a couple hours of when I called. They provided a detailed proposal with three separate options. The proposal was very thorough and identified different rebates and tax credits. I had other proposals but Pyramid was the best value and lowest cost. Athen was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend Pyramid Heating and Cooling.
