PuroClean was out right away and went above and beyond in making sure our home was dried in an efficient and timely manner. Bonnie was very helpful in such a stressful situation! I was always informed about equipment checks and the crew was always on time for the appointments. PuroClean of Biloxi was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs property damage clean up!!!!

Had to call PuroClean out for a mold problem in our son's bedroom closet and the problem unfortunately ended up being bigger than we thought due to a misstep by the AC installer. The entire PuroClean team so awesome to work with, came out quick, were honest, took care of the mediation and all repairs needed. They were professional, courteous and took good care of our home.
