I recently used this restoration cleaning company for a wet floor cleanup, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Did a solid job on removing and installing new attic insulation. Arrived on time. Great crew. Personable, professional, explained what needed to be done and achieved it in a timely manner. Would definately recommend.
Had to call PuroClean out for a mold problem in our son's bedroom closet and the problem unfortunately ended up being bigger than we thought due to a misstep by the AC installer. The entire PuroClean team so awesome to work with, came out quick, were honest, took care of the mediation and all repairs needed. They were professional, courteous and took good care of our home. Should you require mold/water remediation services, I would highly recommend giving them a call.
I was very pleased with the quick response from Mrs. Bonnie and her team. She addressed our issue with professionalism, answered all of our questions and prepared us for the job at hand. PuroClean was out right away and went above and beyond in making sure our home was dried in an efficient and timely manner. Bonnie was very helpful in such a stressful situation! I was always informed about equipment checks and the crew was always on time for the appointments. PuroClean of Biloxi was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service!!
