Have worked with John twice on disparate projects, and he did a great job with both. In this case, the company that installed our sump pump had left the drain pinned to the concrete on the left, which created a natural trap for dust, debris, and moisture. John helped us think through the best alternative route for the drain pipe to solve this issue, then performed the installation promptly and cleanly.

John was a great communicator and clearly very knowledgable. He was able to do some much needed maintenance on an ejector pump and implemented some additional small improvements to ensure future maintenane is easy to manage. He was professional and a pelasure to work with. I highly recommed proflow in the future and will be using him again for additional projects.
