I have used this company once and they did a good job but the second time they tried to rip me off. I asked them to come out and put in a pop up drainer. He told me it would $175. I was taken aback by this amount so I asked is this the cost of 1 hours worth of work and he said no it's per job. I asked him to use the pop up drain I bought from home Depot and he said he would but if it didn't work he would charge me another $100 dollars to put his on. I told him they were all about greed and money and asked for him to leave. It took me ten minutes to do it myself. I will never use this company again.

Nick from Pro Flo is my go to plumber. He has earned my loyalty. I own a 100 year old house that had galvanized piping. He and his partner replaced all incoming water supply pipes and replaced the water heater. I have called him on a couple of occasions and he has showed up quickly and although they were very minor, I really appreciate his responsiveness. I highly recommend Pro Flo. They are fair and do excellent work. Nick, you are a star in my book. Many thanks!
