I had an excellent experience from start to finish. From my initial call with Hillary to the service performed by AJ, the entire process was smooth and professional. When you call, you can immediately tell they genuinely want to help. I especially appreciate Hillary arranging a next-day appointment for me — that level of responsiveness truly stands out. AJ replaced two toilets for me, and his workmanship was outstanding. He was personable, took his time, and clearly takes pride in his work. What impressed me most was that he thoroughly cleaned up before leaving — something many companies unfortunately overlook. After the crazy low temperatures and frozen pipes yesterday, thousands of customers in the area were without water (myself included for over 36 hours). In the middle of that chaos, Proficient Plumbing showed up and showed out! I called yesterday in hopes of getting someone out ASAP. After being wait-listed, Shannon called first thing this morning to follow up, which alone meant so much when everyone is stressed and scrambling. She worked hard to make it happen and managed to slot me in for a late appointment tonight, knowing I’d been without water for a long stretch. That level of care and follow-through alone is rare. After another company cancelled on me last minute, Patrick and Ty came out, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and professional - even after what had clearly been a long, exhausting weekend of nonstop work helping so many people. You could tell they genuinely cared and weren’t rushing, despite how stretched thin they must have been. I learned that Proficient Plumbing is a small team, which makes the fact that they were able to respond, communicate, and show up like this even more impressive.
