Started out fine with the first service call but it was more expensive than expected. After their fix didn’t work and the part they replaced was still under warranty, I can’t get them back out. I called multiple times over 4 weeks with the same response that they will get to me by the end of the week. They are either too busy to fix my hot tub or they aren’t going to get paid so they don’t care about me. Either way I wouldn’t recommend them. Update: I did get a call back from the owners and was told why they weren't able to get to my Spa. I appreciated the call and explanation so I raised the score to 3 stars.

Had them replace the coping, liner, and some plumbing on our pool. Paid the bill up front and that was a mistake. We were quoted to have the pool done in two weeks. We called for an update after two weeks and were told they didn't have an order for us. The owner finally contacted us after showing proof of payment and our order form. He had someone come BACK out to re-measure our coping and then finally placed our order for the liner and coping. After another two weeks the coping came in and it was 2 inches too tall.
