From the minute i met the owner, i could tell she was honest. Her eye contact and energy she gave off was very welcoming and honest. My girlfriend actually came over the day before ( we have phone problems) for an unrelated issue, and recommended i check them out. She gave a price over the phone for what it would to change the port on my phone, the time it would take, etc. When i came in, everything was done as promised. No trying to upsell extra parts of saying it couldnt be done. Thanks for your help!
