We call Proactive Darage Door around 8 AM in a holiday. They show up within 1 hour and replaced both springs for us and they repaired the opener at our house in Strongsville. They had the best price among many companies that we get quoted grom them. We are so happy to use them and to refer them to all our friends and neighbors full stop our house. Mike was very respectful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I called at approximately 8:45pm, Tony came out 9pm. The garage door was repaired within 30 minutes. He was personable and able to explain what needed to be done. He resolved my issues quickly and efficiently.
