WOW! 5 stars. True professionals. Can't speak highly enough about this company! The owner, Chris, is a truly stellar professional who responds quickly to calls & texts. Our heat pump went out during the coldest weather, Chris got back to us within the hour. He asked good questions, requested photos and then provided a detailed explanation of his findings. He gave us options with multiple price ranges. Because he was highly recommended by multiple neighbors, it was a very easy decision. They did the job quickly - we've been exceptionally happy with the new unit. Can't say enough GREAT THIBGS about them!!!!

Chris (the owner) clearly has a passion for HVAC and for ensuring his customers are fully satisfied with his service. His patience with my many questions on the phone and via e-mail was very appreciated. Along with the very competitive prices and his willingness to help meet my budget, he earned my business over several other quotes. I know I got a great new heat pump at a very competitive price. Great experience and great company!

Two years ago I paid $12,000 for a state of the art HVAC system from Pro-tech. Today, the heat failed. I called and texted for help. No response. I get it, they may be busy, but at a minimum they could text back and say, “we’re busy, will get back to you as soon as we can. “ There are a lot of companies who sell HVAC systems. It’s in your best interest to find one that actually has customer service. Update: I heard back from them tonight, Friday Nov 15. This was the response from Chris “ Try calling the office. Perhaps they can help you. Please don’t reach out to me again. “
