A big, popular company couldn’t snake my drain, tried to upsell me to their expensive options. These guys came in and had it done in 15 minutes, saying it was a piece of cake. Fast, professional, friendly. I now have their card on my fridge for future service!
We love ProMaster Services and would be lost without them! Max G saved us when our toilet backed up and flooded our basement. I would highly recommend Pro Master Services. After water began pooling on our downstairs level without an apparent cause, I called their team for assistance. Someone arrived at our office in less than an hour to assess the situation and quickly identified that a leak from an upstairs toilet was draining down to the baseboards of a downstairs bathroom, hallway, and office. The wax ring and flapper, successfully resolving the issue. I can't thank Scott and Redd for all their help. They really came though for us.
My mom had a plumbing issue a d Max came out right away. Awesome guy, 4 different quotes so that my mom, myself and my brother can help her decide which is the best way for her to move forward. He was very pleasant, professional a d came out quickly.
