Pro Floors Philly did an amazing job refinishing my old, worn hardwood floors. They were easy to work with, quick, and fairly priced. They worked around my schedule to get the floors in my entire house refinished before the holidays. The quote they gave me was accurate and they provided receipts for the materials they used. It was surprisingly affordable, considering I had both my upstairs and downstairs refinished, as well as 35sq ft of floor replaced. I have 2 very big, energetic dogs and after meeting them, they recommended a commercial finish for the floors to help protect them from dog shenanigans. They provided me with the information needed to make a decision, however, were not pushy about the upsell. I very much appreciated the looking out for the best needs of the floor. The communication throughout the process was excellent, I spoke mostly to Mike from the very beginning. They updated me daily about where they were in the process, providing pictures and timelines. They also left the house very clean, which I was pleasantly surprised to walk into! I was able to move back all of my furniture without having to deep clean everything first. I highly recommend Pro Floors Philly and will keep their contact information for future flooring jobs. The entire process was seamless and after this experience, there is no one else I would trust to work on the floors in my home. Thank you for completely transforming my home!

I couldn’t be happier with the work the Pro Floors Philly team did on my upstairs floors. From the start, the team provided a clear and fair estimate and were very helpful when I was deciding on the stain color and finish type. The crew arrived on time and did a great job after the work was complete managing the dust and final cleanup. Most importantly, the floors themselves turned out amazing! All of the deep scratches caused by myself and the previous owners were removed and the new satin finish looks fantastic. The communication was excellent from the initial consultation to the completion of the work. The project was also completed on schedule and fairly priced.
