I give these guys 5 stars. Im n process of buying a 2015 Chrysler. This car gets me back n forth from yankton to irene everyday multiple times. I been late on payments n they work with me. Susan is great. Terri helped me on his day off on a Sunday. Test drive the car before u give him a bad review. These people been darn good to me! Love my car. Im buying my next car here again too. U guys r great!
I just want to share somewhere for those in need!!! Terry with Pro Auto Inc. on highway 50, has been amazing help during this time for my son who is up there playing football and a million miles from home! Pulled him out of the snow and has been a stand up guy! Love the small town feel and treatment, it's nice to know such great people exist. Highly recommend doing business with him.
Predatory Practices - charged $465 for a 7 mile tow/storage to their location and car sat there for 4.5 days. Personnel was rude to me, my daughter and the tow driver that I had come remove the vehicle (they even wanted another $100 to take the car). Will be reporting this to the police department as they are the one's that used this service after she hit a deer on the hwy. Save your money go somewhere else!
Great auto service center! Best fit for urgent auto repair. My suv had a blinking check engine light on saying engine power is reduced. They fixed the issue in 27 hrs. After the repair I have already driven the suv about 1100 miles with out any issues.
The car I've bought has had nothing but issues since day one. And when I complain always says well fix it but issue was never fixed. Very hard to work with and has tried towing the car twice with no reason. I'm not 30 days behind. My payments are due on the 15th and he towed on the 31st. With no telling me of why it was towed. I highly don't recommend. Also has tried getting me to send him dirty pictures and after I wouldn't that's when he has been trying to tow my car.
