Had my furnace stop working at 1am in Jan during the 30 below temps !! Called proair & Darren came out ay 1am to repair it. He took the time to explain what issue was, how he was going to fix it and future furnace replacement options if wanted yet also gave advice on how to extend life of current furnace in meantime...he was excellent. Im divorced mom with adult children on spectrum & we were cold when no one else would answer or come out due to time or negative temps Pro Air did!!!! Highly recommend!
