Extremely disappointed in the quality of work done on our relatively new 5th wheel (with full body paint) this year. Prior years no problem but this year was a disaster. I paid for a wash and wax which is $420 plus $200 tip to two workers. The wax part of the service left behind a hazy residue that looked like the wax was never wiped off. It looked terrible. I called them to come back and fix the problem but it looked the same after they spent 30 minutes futzing around, not to mention they were and hour and a half late to show up in the first place. I had to use a different product to remove the hazy inferior wax they used. When I communicated with them about the idea of charging me for a job that I had to do myself, they weakly apologized and graciously knocked 20% off of the bill so now I was only looking at $525 (total with tip) for a botched service. Not a very smart decision. Customers who feel strongly that they have been wronged are a PR nightmare. What a strange world we live in where a business thinks that they can completely screw something up and still expect to get paid.
