If you bring you electronics such as video cards know that these people don’t even have capability to ran a stress test on your “fixed” GPU. Claiming they don’t have any thermal pads. Come on now you running a repair center and you have no thermal pads or a way to stress test a card before giving it back to customer? They say that they don’t have thermal pads so not to take any responsibility after the repair is done. Because we can’t stress test your GPU here we are not guarantee our work. So if you bring your card in don’t fall for this BS scam. Thermal pads are essential part of your business you claiming that you work with GPUs not having one is just an excuse to brush you off after they take your $300 for the BS repair. When I installed my card with proper thermal pads and paste I tested it on a game. Pc booted fine updated my drivers all worked for 7-10 min then an electrical laud pop and pc was down. Meanwhile I was monitoring my temperature on afterburner it never went above 58c. Call the company explained my issue. Got a txt message back “sorry we can’t help you.” We can review it for free but you need to pay for the repair cost again. So that’s my experience. If you going to this repair shop make sure you bring your own thermals pads and paste and second opinion technician. Not professional. Better look elsewhere.

This is been the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful experience I’ve ever had working with IT technicians. Yesterday, my computer completely blew out, and my motherboard was completely fried. I thought I was gonna lose all my data needed to run my business. The first Tech store I went to said without the computer being able to operate I would not be able to get the data off of it. I then brought it here and worked with Darian and he was not only sure he could transfer it, but also did so in the exact same day I brought it over. And then upon pick up even helped me set up apps and other software that would be needed for the computer to be fully operational at the moment when I walked out the door. This is a FANTASTIC company, and I assure you I will be more than happy to recommend them to anyone in the market. Thank you guys and Darian especially you guys are world class!
