Would give 10 stars. We were in town on a family drive from Idaho for the day when the battery on my wife's Samsung started to inflate and self district. Jeremy was the only guy around who had the battery in stock. I'm glad no one else had the battery because Jeremy is great. Friendly, quick and did a quality job. The price was reasonable too. A phone repair may be a future excuse for us to drive to Riverdale.
Jeremy's service was amazing. I dropped my phone the previous day, and it continued to work for me the entire work day. Unfortunately, the next morning, I awoke to a text message alert and a black screen. I needed the info on it for my business. No one in town had a replacement screen. So, I heard that Prestige Wireless had good used or reconditioned phones. Well, I purchased a phone from Jeremy at a lower cost that I could purchase online, plus he transferred all the data for me by using another screen. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you, Jeremy.
They were awesome. Would definitely recommend this place over the place in the mall. Efficient, fast diagnostic and repair. I also bought a new phone from him and he helped transfer all the data over to the new device. 5 STARS
