Avoid. I had a guy come out to look at some plumbing work I wanted done. A young man came out and as he was talking about wear and tear on a system, the guy violently open and closed faucets and shook stuff. I figured he probably knows what these things can take, because I never treat my things so roughly. But when we got to my water heater, I asked if the fittings could be replace as they were very visibly corroded. He said no, a full replacement was in order, and that's fine. I figured as much, but then the guy wanted to talk about the hardline copper he'd put in, shaking the hoses to demonstrate. A fitting snapped and we both got sprayed with warm water. He put the fitting back, but it was still leaking now, so I no longer had the luxury of time or planning. I kicked him to the curb and called Conway. Conway had a new heater installed within 24 hours. Premier eventually came back about 2 weeks later with a quote. They beat Conway's price, but if they had just not sent an erratic tech, and worked with me on the price after BREAKING MY STUFF, they would have sold me a new water heater install. I made multiple attempts to just get my $75 diagnostic fee back, but they ghosted me every time, so now this review comes out. Go with Conway. It's more expensive, but they're worth it.
