Bryan and Jeff did a great job on our heavily stained floors. I needed to reschedule and with adequate notice Bryan worked with me to change their schedule for us. Floors look magnificent! We will definitely have them back to refinish other rooms in the house.
Our experience with Premier was wonderful from start to finish. Michelle was very responsive and helpful with correspondence. Bryan and Jeff did an excellent job on our floors. They brought them back to life (mind you, our house was built in the 1960s and we have had dogs throughout our 30 year stretch here)! Both of them were also friendly and extremely easy to work with. On top of all that, they were very reasonably priced. I highly Premiere Hardwood Flooring.
This entire team is a pleasure to work with. Michelle is very responsive and knowledgable, and was able to squeeze us in earlier than planned due to a cancellation in their schedule. Bryan and Jeff were professional, courteous, timely, and great at what they do. You can tell they take great pride in their craft. The entire experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. Our beautiful 100 year old floors have been restored and came out even better than we were expecting.
