Their communication is top notch. Hours before your technician arrives, you know hims name, profile and picture. Zero surprises. They also let you know ahead of time when the technician is on their way and you can track him so you don’t have to sit waiting and wondering when they will arrive. This time my technician was Thomas Sackmann. Very knowledgeable, professional and cordial. He offered me three options (good, better, best) to solve my problem. He performed his job efficiently, and quickly. He left my garage impeccable and everything working smoothly. I strongly recommend Precision! After a cable snapped on my garage door, I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed before Christmas. I appreciated the great communication as I got an email confirmation of the appointment and a text with a picture and profile of my service technician Shane. Shane’s service was impressive. He was very friendly, walked me through everything he was going to check, provided a variety of options for service and quickly fixed the door. It now runs like new!
