Discovered a torsion spring was broken, and not only did they answer my call on the first attempt, but they were even able to come out same day AND showed up a little earlier than their arrival window. The tech, Keegan, was helpful in educating me about my options for replacement, about the type of door I had, and he was fast in completing the work. I got a phone quote from another company prior to Keegan coming out, and the final price was very comparable. Home repairs can sometimes suck, but I think the overall process and service of this one was worth it.

Precision garage door was fantastic! I called late on an afternoon and was anticipating to not be able to book an appointment for my garage door repair until maybe sometime the next week. During my phone call the coordinator for the appointment was very friendly and helpful, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was ecstatic that they were able to get us in so quickly. But then just two hours later on my way home I got a call from the technician indicating that he could actually swing by that evening and take a look at our garage door and possibly get it fixed that night. I met him at my Home and he was in fact able to fix our garage door in less than an hour time. I was so appreciative For how quickly our door was able to get fixed, the communication and professionalism of our repair service, and how easy it was to work with Precision garage. I would recommend Precision garage to anyone because they have exceptional service and honestly my garage door works better than it ever has. They are affordable. And they do quality work!
