An overall great experience from in house design assistance, faster than estimated lead time, and clean professional installation. When complete, the installer programmed our cars built-in remote openers to the new garage door openers. Would use them again and hignly recommend.
Two Precision sales consultants came to my home to give me an estimate for a new garage door. Both of them had different quotes. I agreed to work with the first sales consultants who never returned my calls. When the second consultant came out and sent his estimate he wouldn’t return my calls or text messages. Finally I called to speak with the managers who worked with me to buy the garage door. For this reason, Precision didn’t receive a five star rating due to the poor sales consultants and their pool follow up with the potential customers. Lastly, the manager that I spoke with was professional and he handled the business tasks with me. Also, the installer were great too.✅. The garage door is nice!
Absolutely delighted with the service I got from Precision Garage door. They replaced my 30 year old garage door opening system with a silent, safe and efficient new system. My service provider, Daniel, was terrific. Gave me three options and I chose the top one. So glad I did. The opening and closing of the door is so quiet. Never knew it could be this good. 100% satisfied.
