Who has the shiniest, coolest, strongest garage door in the neighborhood? We do!!! Thanks to Precision and their amazing technician Chris Hannah from their Seattle team. He was the most courteous, professional, politest, knowledgable, helpful, detail-oriented, and patient technician we have ever met. He worked on replacing our 24 year old garage door like we were his family. We are very happy with this hard working technician and our beautiful garage door! Thank you so much!
Chris and Sushil did a remarkable job of installing our new garage doors. They were highly skilled, and their finished product looks amazing. These 2 installers did a remarkable job, and I am a very satisfied customer.
So impressed with their service. Needed "emergency " help as our door was stuck open. They were able to come the same morning, excellent dispatcher on the phone, great communication from Jeremy, the technician on when he'd arrive, he was very punctual. Jeremy got right to the solution and fixed our door. He was also very courteous. Their pricing was very reasonable. A Class A company I would highly recommend.
I discovered my garage door had the broken string at Nov/17 morning, then contact the Precision Garage Door service immediately, and in such busy season the technician, Justin, could arrive my house around Nov/17 4pm, and then get the issue repaired/fixed within 1.5 hours and accurately. This excellent work does solve our urgent issue to get our car out of garage in right time. So far the garage door is running smoothly and less noise.
