Noah was fantastic. He explained and visually showed me what needed to be fixed. He gave me three scenarios of what would be fixed and the cost of it. With no pressure I chose what I wanted to be completed. Noah told me how long he would be there and went to work. I feel the experience was a positive one. Noah had great customer service and a sweet personality. Would use them again.

Called Precision based on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did! Quickly got an appointment. Noah was here early (that was great) and he did a very thorough inspection and assessment of my issues. He showed pictures of all the areas of concern. Then he pulled up 3 different levels of what I could do for short-term and long-term solutions with 3 different price points. I was comfortable with my decision & no pressure sales talk. Thank You Noah.

I had been dealing with continuous garage door issues with another local company hoping they would make it right. I finally called Precision and William came out the same day. He did an inspection, told me what the multiple problems were and was able to fix it all the same day. He was knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions.
