He was personable , professional, and explained everything in easy to understand language, along with photos of the failing parts. He then performed the necessary repairs and maintenance in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs and maintenance.

Drew was our salesman and he's a really knowledgeable, honest and relatable young man. He was extremely helpful in picking out our garage door and also knew the ins and outs of installation which really helped in our particular case (he also came up to help with the install). We had a very good experience overall. We worked with Colton to identify the type of doors and openers we wanted. He was really helpful, very easy to communicate with and he did a great job organizing the details of our installation. Isaac installed the doors. I am no expert but the work seems excellent and Isaac was incredibly nice. Very pleased, indeed!
