We never had the opportunity to evaluate work because the contractor was a no-show. I called to follow-up a voicemail inquiry that I had left 2 days prior and got a live person on Thurs. afternoon. We had a brief, but good conversation about the prospective job, scheduled a consultation for the following morning, and he asked me to send photos via text. I had a long day and couldn't take pix until late-Thursday night. So, I would've understood if he needed to reschedule. However, there has been no communication. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I texted him to ask if he had an ETA, but received no response. If this is the norm for conducting business, then perhaps we dodged a bullet.
