Once upon a time I left a good review here when it was under different management Shiloh took care of my June 2025 and installed tires I had shipped to the shop come to find out they put the tires on the wrong rims. My Lexus has larger back tires than the front tires and they put my back tires on the front and forces them on rims they weren’t supposed to be on. Ultimately wearing my tires down unevenly in the process causing me to almost crash my car because my tire popped from severe wear and tear on 6 month old tires. They over charged me for other services, never figured out or pointed out stuff to me that needed to be done unless I called to specifically ask and complain. Do not recommend unless you’re already a mechanic and know how to check their work smh. Costs me another $1400 in tires for their mistake just terrible. pick another mechanic! And for all these “good reviews” I’d check the work that’s been done on your car to make sure it’s correct. I had been coming here for years before and with the new management every trip there cost me over $1,000 and they still made mistakes. Never coming back ever again. Beware. Not to mention on another trip they said they would fix my tires sensors they installed new ones that still didn’t work so I just was charged “cost” of brand new tire pressure sensors that didn’t work and to top that off the tire pressure sensor wasn’t installed correctly and was rubbing against my tires because it became loose. Just a mess very disappointing after my years of loyalty and I no longer can trust them.
