Amazing company! Everyone was very kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. My husband and I were without without water for a few days and they were able to help us out right away, despite it being a really tricky, broken well pump situation. They were honest and fair. We couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend this company!

They came out and inspected my well, quickly determined I had a break in my line after running a few tests. They were able to squeeze me in quickly and make the repair. 100% will be using them again if I need to make anymore reapirs to my well or adding a filtration system.
In the middle of March 2024, we had the unfortunate experience of losing water pressure from our well. I contacted Kyle, one of the owners of the company who scheduled one of his employees to come out the same day and check our system. (I was super grateful as I was out of town at the time and couldn’t check it myself.) He found that water was leaking out by our well and explained that it looked like the line broke off. I called Kyle again and he provided a VERY reasonable estimate for the repair + a new well pump along with scheduling one of his employees to come out and bypass our underground line with a hose so we could have running water until the repair could be made at NO additional charge. This wasn’t needed for long however, as the next day, Kyle, Bill, and Shane came out and dug out our line to find a broken bronze fitting as the cause of our woes. I was very impressed at how quickly they worked, it took only minutes to dig down with their excavator and had the repairs and the new pump installed in less than 2 hours. Kyle and his team were very professional and offered prompt and quality service. I highly recommend this company for their service and affordable cost!
Best service possible, could not be better!!!! another contractor dropped the old pump in the well said it could not be pulled and we had problems with supply, and running out of water, gave up and called pocono pump, the came and fished out the dropped pump and reinstalled the "new pump" also replaced the bladder tank Been working with contractors for almost 60 years and these guys are absolutely by far the best and one of the very few I would recommend highly!! Couldn't be more satisfied!!
