Called this morning on water heater issues. Service was same day and seen within 2 hours. I was given options on what needed to be done and an accurate estimate on a new water heater. The new water heater was installed very quickly and all my questions were answered. I will use Plumbworx for all my future plumbing needs and will refer all my friends to them. Great company and very highly recommended!

I recently bought a house and I asked for a new water heater and the owner agreed and bought one. Plumbworx installed the water heater. When I moved in the water heater wasn't working ( no fault on Plumbworrx )The owner himself came out twice and his brother came out 3 times with only the intention of getting me hot water and not costing me a fortune. I know this because they told me that. They stood by what they said. Who does that anymore? It's impossible to find customer service like that anymore!
