Very happy I went with Plumbums. Showed up the day after I called at the time they stated they would, you get a text alert telling you they’re on the way with a map of exactly where they are. I had Joe Richardson as my plumber, walked me through everything he had to do, was respectful and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of anything plumbing related.
Excellent experience overall - from the quotation process, scheduling and installation. A clear scope of work was provided for my hot water heater replacement. Zach was very professional, punctual and friendly - he answered all of my questions. He also ensured that the work area was left clean and neat. This was my first time using Plumbums and I will not hesitate to call them again as the need arises. I highly recommend them.
Plumbums did a great job replacing our water storage tank. Leading up to the appointment, I’ve probably called a dozen times and they have been very caring and helpful with my concerns. I highly recommend this company and their impeccable service. From their estimate to their completion. Extremely personable and highly professional. I had a crack stack pipe that needed replacing. He came and fulfilled everything they said they would do which included putting back the small section of drywall until we get a sheet rocker / painter to tighten up the patch. Extremely efficient and respectfully clean. It’s wonderful to have a worker / company that we trust and rely upon. Bravo!
