Plumbing Excellence Northwest

Got 3 bids for water system replacement. It was an easy choice to go with Plumbing Excellence Northwest. I saw Jose for the initial estimate. He walked me through what they would need to do procedurally, and he also suggested an indoor shut-off valve for the water, and adding a water heater expansion tank. This seemed reasonable and I told him I was already thinking of replacing the water heater itself. Jose provided me with 3 estimates: fix leak only, replace water system only (which I had already decided to do), and replace water system along with adding an indoor shut off valve, and also installing a new water heater with expansion tank. Prices were reasonable. Jose made sure he needed to answer any questions I had before signing. I also appreciated that this company was able to communicate with me via text which I prefer. This was an all day project, so they were here to start early in the morning and they also worked through the rain. They were also very careful to make sure none of my cats would escape. This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any company, and I was glad that I took the time to get 3 bids because Plumbing Excellence Northwest was the last bid I got (I was actually contemplating of only getting 2 after I got the second estimate). I have already suggested this company to 2 of my friends, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Please don’t ever change your business model!

I had the best experience with Jose from Plumbing Excellence NW. As a first time home owner and being female, I was very nervous with the process of finding a plumber I felt comfortable with. After chatting with several referrals and options I found online, I am so very thankful I went with PE! Jose was very respectful and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He was thorough and went over all that needed to be done, and broke down the cost. He also provided several estimates to choose from, prioritizing what needed the most urgent work and what could wait. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. Once finished, he made sure to fully clean up and once again, walk me through what was done and offered insight on how to maintain everything to ensure it lasts. Overall I am very glad I went with this company and will absolutely refer them to my friends and family! 10/10 highly recommend!
