I would not recommend hiring Plug Light Bulb. I hired them to replace an outdoor light and install 4 new outlets in my home. During the initial visit on January 21, the technician punctured a hole through my interior plaster wall and out through the exterior siding, leaving visible damage to my home. The technician was at my house for over six hours, yet only the 30‑minute outdoor light replacement was completed and the rest of the work was left unfinished. I was told they would bring in a contractor to repair the damage and send another technician to complete the job. On January 28, a different technician installed the outlets, but the work was sloppy and left visible damage around each outlet. I was again told someone would return to fix the damage, but no one ever followed up. Despite the incomplete work and the damage caused, I was sent an incorrect invoice that included labor for work that was never done. I called and emailed multiple times since January 21. The owner finally called me on February 10 and said he would handle scheduling the repairs and review the invoice. Since that call, Plug Light Bulb has stopped responding entirely. No repairs have been scheduled, the invoice has not been corrected, and the damage to my home remains. I’ve made every effort to resolve this professionally, but the lack of communication, accountability, and follow‑through has been extremely disappointing.
