Plug Light Bulb Electrical Services

Our company supplied product to Plug Light Bulb Electrical Services in October and payment has not been received for invoices that are now so significantly overdue. We made multiple good faith attempts to resolve this matter, directly without success based on our experience we cannot recommend doing business with this company and advise other vendors to proceed with caution. I would not recommend hiring Plug Light Bulb. I hired them to replace an outdoor light and install 4 new outlets in my home. During the initial visit on January 21, the technician punctured a hole through my interior plaster wall and out through the exterior siding, leaving visible damage to my home. The technician was at my house for over six hours, yet only the 30‑minute outdoor light replacement was completed and the rest of the work was left unfinished. We have called them a couple times to add outlets. They mostly did a great job but workmanship was sloppy the last time. I asked them to mount the box to the wood supports when they installed my ceiling fixture. They did not do that and installed the wrong kind of box. It has been a couple years since the installation. Now I have a sagging ceiling and have to pay someone else to fix it. It’s a bit frustrating.
