We had a great experience, again! They helped us recover a hard drive and install a new one at a reasonable price - thankful for their help in getting our computer back up and running.

Pinedale Computer (Eric - the owner & Ben - the Technician) did an outstanding job transferring data from our old laptop to our new laptop and set us up with backup software. They installed/activated/registered the ESET Home Security Premium Anti-Virus we purchased from Pinedale Computer. We also purchased a SiliconPower Armor portable external hard drive from Pinedale Computer. In addition, they updated our cell phones to be able to connect to our new laptop, & after we got home, Ben connected remotely to our laptop & finished connecting it to our existing Epson printer which allowed us to print with 5G. The owner (Eric) provided three-free hours of labor on our new computer setup & answered all of our questions. The total price was very reasonable and we will be contacting them soon about getting our adult granddaughter a new laptop through Pinedale Computer.

The service here was top notch! I was having issues with my computer blue screening on me and I thought it was going to be an ordeal to get it fixed. I brought it to Pinedale Computer in the morning and got it back that same afternoon with the problem completely solved! Its been running great since. Thanks so much!
