When our boiler died suddenly leaving us without heat, Mike came out that same day to diagnose the problem. Two days later he and his team performed a full replacement to restore our heat before the weather turned frigid again. Thanks to Mike for his prompt work; I would highly recommend Pilot Plumbing!

Very happy with new Rinnai wall furnace. Previous unit lasted over 25 years but needed replacement. Pilot not only provided a new updated unit with a perfect footprint with the old one but installed it in 1.5 hrs. Oh and did I mention, did it all for $1660 dollars less than the nearest competitor! Cleaned up workspace nicely afterwards and were very professional throughout. The owner said, "Well beat anyone's price." They sure did and with timely service as well.
