We had a fabulous experience with Pilot Floor Covering in Kernersville. Dustin and Angie were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dustin was so patient with me in choosing a carpet brand and color. He let us bring multiple samples home and even had the manufacturer send us samples as I could not make up my mind on choosing a color. The installers were very professional and friendly and did a excellent job in removing the old carpeting and installing the new carpet in all 3 bedrooms and closets. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
