We had our flooring replaced throughout our house and this has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been very friendly, pleasant and extremely hard working. They tried very hard to please. Johnny, Rita and Leo were top notch workers and very professional. Paige was also very knowledgeable and professional to work with. It’s refreshing to know there’s a business out there that puts customers first. Thank you Jerry for all you and your staff have done for us.

Pilot Floor Covering provided quick and informative house call, product information and reasonable cost quotes. They worked with our general and sub contractor schedules and installed carpeting on schedule. They also allowed us to do as much of the prep work as possible to reduce the cost to us, which we appreciated.

We had a fabulous experience with Pilot Floor Covering in Kernersville. Dustin and Angie were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dustin was so patient with me in choosing a carpet brand and color. He let us bring multiple samples home and even had the manufacturer send us samples as I could not make up my mind on choosing a color. The installers were very professional and friendly and did a excellent job in removing the old carpeting and installing the new carpet in all 3 bedrooms and closets. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
