Pierce Refrigeration, Inc.

Was recommended this company for central air service from an online group in East Bridgewater. Called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. No call, no show to the appointment. Now a week after the appointment was scheduled, and I still have not been contacted at all. I guess customers are expendable to Pierce. Had another company come out with no issues. UPDATE Was contacted by Ron who is one of the owners after posting this review. I had a tech come out to assess an issue. He was professional and helpful. I then called the office to schedule the maintenance the tech recommended and confirmed they'd come back in a month to do 3 things. A different person comes out as scheduled, smelling like booze, and prepared to do none of the work. He proceeded to do the same evaluation the first tech did and tell me I needed to schedule the other things ahead. I told him that's what I had scheduled for that day. I use Pierce Refrigeration to service my central air system on a regular basis. Technician very knowledgeable and always arrives on time. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company.
