My husband and me are happy with our kitchen remodel by PI Kitchen & Bath(PKB), and I want to start by giving a special shout-out to Cansu (Fairfax Store Manager & Designer). To be honest, communication became quite stressful for us after the initial signing, but once Cansu stepped in to coordinate, everything changed. Great company/contractor to get a complete kitchen and bath remodeling; The planning and consultation was easy; The staff is understanding and courteous; They delivered a new kitchen and a new half bath on time as agreed up on in the contract. Their cost is reasonable and below average of local shops but without compromising the quality of work and craftsmanship. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family for any remodeling jobs. I was bit hesitant to get my kitchen done with these fogs but they prove me wrong. They were way above & beyond in everything. From service to product quality. They did the best job We can expect from a professional team. I must admit and personal thanks to Matt & Fateh exclusively and all of the team members of Kitchen & Bath. Brian is exceptionally easy to work with. He listened intently to what I envisioned and created a design and picked materials that brought the vision to life. He also explained the remodeling steps thoroughly and instilled confidence in the process. Exceptional designer.
