BAD SERVICES GOING TO PUT IN TO THE BBB BECAUSE HE PLACED THE WRONG SCREEN IN A FAMILY MEMBER PHONE. And took her money!! Bad for business!! HE CANT FIX NOTHING!! Need to be shut down!!

Came in today for a phone screen repair. The guy was really nice and accommodating. I was in & out in about 30 minutes.

They replaced the charging port in my ipad, and they did complete the repair and it works. They had the ipad for 2 days before telling me there was a fee to diagnose the problem. The guy working in the store doesn’t know anything and they don’t answer the phone. All around terrible communication and service. They did eventually get it fixed after 2 weeks. Update- the top left corner of the screen is no longer functional after the repair.
