He explained what he was doing throughout the installation, reviewed the control panel and equipment with me afterward, discussed salt usage, and made sure all my questions were answered. He left a clean workspace and emphasized that I could reach out if anything came up later. From start to finish my experience was great. My online submission for a scheduling request was responded to within 30 minutes. Communication from the technician, Garrett, on the day of the appointment, was timely and let me prepare for his arrival. And he arrived within the scheduled window. He walked me through everything he evaluated. I did not need a replacement at my this time but due to age of my water softener it is likely coming.
