We were first time customers placing a service call and are very satisfied with the results. Dillon responded to our call and answered every question I had knowledgeably, and simply. I felt very much at ease and that the job was in capable hands. Dillon took care of the issue quickly and we haven’t had trouble since! Spencer fixed our shower handle that broke off and was beyond repair due to the metal rod breaking. He did a WONDERFUL job. He was on time, took about 45 minutes to an hour in service to repair. Cost seemed fair. We REALLY appreciated his professionalism and timeliness. I would wholeheartedly refer Performance Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber. TY 😉
I was short on time, Spencer was the repair tech. He was awesome! Polite, professional, and fast! I appreciate the fact that he respected my time. He did excellent work, and quickly fixed the shower faucet. Highly recommend!!
We have to say that we had THE best experience with this company! Mark S. was so friendly, efficient, courteous, & professional! We spoke about numbers , repair/replace. Once the decision was made he literally rolled out the red carpet from the front door to the basement stairs! He had everything he needed to do the work with a smile! I would give Performance Plumbing 10 Stars if I could! They are always courteous, knowledgeable, neat and clean about their work, and prompt and kind to deal with. Dillon was there for us in the spring when we had an emergency sump pump replacement need. Today, he came out for our annual check and found we needed a replacement water heater expansion tank. He ran to pick one up and was back in no time to replace ours. The price was fair and we renewed our annual agreement for service as we will ALWAYS have Performance Plumbing service our needs! Highest recommendation!
