Performance Overhead Door Inc

We called to get a quote to replace springs. What was quoted over the phone was not what we got a bill for. We ended up paying twice the amount quoted. When I went to pay the bill I was given all kinds of excuses. Great but I should have received a phone call stating it would be twice what they quoted. Also there was over $100 in shipping on the bill, nothing in the quote. I don’t mind paying it but again, not in the quote. The quote for labor was $50 more than what was quoted but the installers were very professional and did a great job. Installation was great and I would give them a rating of 5. As for the rest I’m pushing giving them a 3 rating and would not recommend them.

Just got my garage door installed today and I couldn’t be happier. I was very indecisive on deciding on a garage door as we are planning to update the entire exterior of the house. Cindy was so helpful and was completely understandable throughout the decision making. Once I did decide on the garage door and now with it being installed it’s better than I even imagined it. We got a new garage door opener as well and it is quiet and has some wonderful features I’m excited to try out. Cindy and John were amazing to work with and the installer did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Performance Overhead Doors!

Performance Overhead Door is amazing!! The first time I interacted with them I called first thing in the morning because my garage door came off its tracks. Delanna was wonderful and got a technician out to me first thing. He was so professional and even moved a beam to buy us some more time before we needed to buy a new door. The second interaction was when we ordered our garage door. Cindy (the owner) was amazing. You would never know she is the owner! She is so down to earth and she even comes out to your house and measures the door to make sure it is accurate. Delanna scheduled the install and we had quite a lot going on and she was so patient and made sure it was a convenient time for us. I seriously cannot say enough about this amazing company. I HIGHLY recommend them!
