I reached out to Perfect Sliding Doors after several of our sliding doors fell into disrepair. I met with Yigaal, and we connected immediately from the moment we shook hands. He was courteous, professional, personable, and even brought a great sense of humor to the experience. Most importantly, he was willing to do the work at a very reasonable price. After completing the job, Yigaal returned three separate times to check on the sliding doors and made small adjustments to ensure everything was working perfectly, at NO additional cost. Service quality amazing. They answered my call and showed up same day to do the estimate, really thorough and insightful. Returned the next day to do all of the replacement and repairs. Came home at 4:15 after a rough day at work only to find this shattered rear slider in my den area. Found Perfect Sliding Doors on Google and was impressed with the reviews. Spoke with the owner Yigaal and sent him pictures, measurements and my address at 5:15. He said he would be over shortly and by 6:00 pm he arrived. At 7:00 pm I had thanked him, paid him, shook his hand and he was on his way. Very professional, reliable and efficient. Took a bad situation and brought it to a pleasant ending. Thanks again Yigaal and we will use you again!
