I’m truly thankful for Perfect-Fit-Alteration. The bridal store sent me dresses that was three times bigger size 24 to 22 to be exact. She took all four of the dresses and fitted them to their sizes and making them perfect and seamless. Great service, friendly atmosphere. I’m truly thankful for her for making my big day special day.
Quick. Professional. Precise. Warm.These words best describe my experience at Perfect-Fit Alterations. I called on Monday needing formal dance dress alterations for my daughter before Friday. We were encouraged to come in before 5 and our alterations would be done by Thursday. Needless to say, the dress alterations were completed. My daughter was the bell of the ball!
The owner not respectful to my mother, who was a long time customer. As a petite woman, my mom took each season’s wardrobe to be altered by this shop for years; in other words she had arm loads of clothes to be altered several times a year. One day, with her usual arm load of clothes, my mom goes into the shop and is overlooked by the owner when a woman comes in with one item and the owner fawns all over her. My mother is an American who looks like the owner. The woman who came into the shop after my mom is an American who looks like Laura Bush. We’ve never gone back. Respect me. Respect my money. I guess all money isn’t green. And in case the owner does not know: it is against the law to block off public parking for a private business. She uses a traffic cone to block it off. The owner once asked me how long I would be parked in a public, non-metered spot when visiting to show shop that’s next door.
Annette did alterations on my bridal gown and she was so easy to work with and did an amazing job!!! Completely stress free. She also did my niece’s and step daughter’s dresses as well. I will use her again for anything alterations.
This place has been a blessing and a LIFE SAVER. She did the alterations for my wedding and everyone loved how to outfit fitted on me. She also helped me with my best friend wedding. Our tuxes were delayed and came in 6 days before the wedding. So I called her and she had me fixed up in 3 days!! She is amazing and I highly recommend. Her prices are very reasonable as well!
