Really enjoy this place for oil changes - engine, transmission, etc.. The service has always been really good. Also like the location a lot. Can't explain why, since it's downtown. Presently we bring my wife's car here and my Ford Transit van shown below. I hope to get over 200,000 miles like my last vehicle, and I'm enjoying Pennzoil of Medford helping me reach that milestone.

The manager, John gets 5 stars. I’d give more if I could. The bolt for my front differential was stripped. He told me to bring my Toyota Tundra in that he had some tools that might get it out. He worked on it, got it free, replaced it with a new bolt. He told me it did not need differential fluid, that everything looked great. Topped off my fluids and gave me a free wash. I asked how much I owed him. He said nothing. I tipped the man 50$ and he will always get my business. I loved this oil change before today. Now I’m a customer for life! Thank you John!
