Wonderful service. Very professional and did an outstanding job installing my water heater. I have a much older house and needed a lot of work between my water heater, plumbing and my ductless unit. Victor and his team were excellent with communication, providing estimates and promptly fixing my issues.
I had maintenance done on my furnace today and I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. Pedranti Mechanical was timely, courteous of my home, patient with my questions, and the price point is very affordable. 10/10 recommend.
Pedranti Mechanical has been excellent to work with. They’ve come out several times and fully resolved the issue each time. On the first visit, Victor not only fixed a problem that couldn’t be resolved under my my service contract, but also labeled the valves and pipes in the closet without even being asked, which I really appreciated. The second visit was a serious emergency. They arrived within an hour, had the part on the truck, and had everything fixed that same night. Reliable, responsive, and professional.
